This charming stone built 4 bedroom farmhouse, which has been featured on a number of TV programmes, has been tastefully renovated and has exposed beams and Italian cotto tiles throughout.

The property is approached by a “narrow road” and is accessed by electric gates to the drive and parking area.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, sitting room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and separate laundry room. Outside, the house is set in its own olive grove’s. There is an attractive garden, a private swimming pool and a superb ‘loggia’. This can seat 8 people for Al Fresco dining or is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an early evening glass of wine and watch the magnificent sunset.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a dining room with seating for 8 people, cloakroom and separate sitting room with open log fire, TV with combined DVD/Music Player and double doors leading to the garden.

Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 shower rooms.

• Bedroom 1 is a beautifully furnished master bedroom, with a King Size bed, en-suite shower room with wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.
• Bedroom 2 has a traditional iron double bed with antique furnishings, small balcony and adjoining shower room with wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.
• Bedroom 3 has a traditional iron double bed with French style furnishings and adjoining shower room with wash hand basin, toilet and bidet.
• Bedroom 4 has been tastefully furnished with twin beds and has dual aspect windows overlooking the valley.

For your added comfort during the summer months mosquito nets are fitted to all windows.

Getting There
The farmhouse is just 30 minutes by car from Pisa International Airport which is served by a number of scheduled and low cost airlines.

Nearest Beaches (30 mins by car)
The Versilia coastline spreads out from Viareggio to Marina Carrara and is one of the most fashionable coasts of Italy including the sophisticated resort of Forte dei Marmi where you can mingle with the Italian aristocracy.

The superb golden sandy beaches nestle alongside the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea where you can enjoy a host of water sports such as snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and fishing.

Children
Apart from the pool and beaches to keep the young ones entertained there is so much to do and see that will suit any one of any age. Everyone is sure to feel that there was something for them by the end of the trip.

There are museums in Florence which target children from 8 years old and have special sections for the very young – from 3 to 7.

You do not need to be concerned about meals in restaurants either. Italians love children and they are welcome everywhere. If your children can handle the later nights, no Italian will think it unusual for you to take them, no matter how small they are.
